Joseph Alatorre, FNP-BC, is a U.S. Army veteran and board-certified family nurse practitioner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Dixie State University and completed his master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies at Chamberlain University in 2025. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, he worked as an ICU registered nurse caring for patients with cardiac, neurological, and other high-acuity conditions. He now practices in urgent care and family practice at Sterling Urgent Care.

Originally from California, Joseph and his wife have called Utah home since 2011. They have three children and enjoy spending time together, especially fishing. Joseph also enjoys playing sports and friendly competition.
